Barbara has a background in fine arts and is passionate about great food. After selling her classic brownies to Flatbread Company for several years, Barbara was inspired to create a gluten free brownie when she learned that some of the kids who worked there had allergies to wheat and were excluded from enjoying the same great foods. The challenge was on— she didn’t want people to say what a great gluten free brownie— she wanted them to say, what a great brownie! Since GFT’s inception in 2003, and sparked from a love of sharing great food for all, this family company was born. Barbara is the co-founder and co-creator and the Mom.

Arielle

Arielle has worked in fine dining and catering since she was 18 years old. After 10 years of living in Miami, she moved back to New Hampshire to work side by side with Barbara to help expand and grow GFT. Arielle has been instrumental in designing some of our most delicious recipes and personally bakes them with love every day. Arielle works as the Head of Production while keeping up the standards she has learned in her fine dining career. She is also a self proclaimed ninja. Hiya! The favorite youngest daughter of Barbara and Ron.
